"Brilliant location to explore Bath."

The location was excellent for exploring Bath. We walked into the town in 15 minutes but it seemed a quiet neighbourhood. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and the apartment overall felt quite spacious. Plenty of hot water!!

Hard to criticise as everything was very good. The ensuite was small and the extractor fan didn't appear to be working so there was some mould in the shower.

Great location with only a short walk into the city centre. The onsite parking was a great bonus. Plenty of space for everyone

The shower temperature was either too hot or too cold. There was 4 of us staying for a couple of nights and were only given half a roll of toilet paper per bathroom and couldn’t find anymore anywhere else so had to buy extra. Sofas in the living room were too soft and sunk quite low making them uncomfortable. Attention to cleaning could be a tad better, there was quite a bit of dust on top of the single beds and marks on some of the walls. Black mould on the bottom of the en suite shower. Found the apartment quite hot even with the windows open.

"Unhygienic."

The location was nice and the beds were comfortable. Apartment was spacious.

It was not cleaned properly. The toilet seat had pee on it and the bath tub had body hair in it, so I had to clean both. The kitchen cupboards has sticky or oily residue inside, the fridge smelled. There were issues with drainage of the shower and unstable temperature.
