"It was the most horrible accommodation I ever had. I refused to stay there, bcs it was disgusting."

It was just disgusting: the towels were from the previos guest, the sheets of the bed as well. The floor was not vaccumed, there was a lot of dust. The table in the room was also not cleaned, there were some stains on it. Then the bathroom was not cleaned as well, the shower was dripping. As well the bath was only accessable from a corridor and not from the room itself. This is wrong indicated in this offer. Was changing my stay on my own, because I couldn't stay in this mess. I was complaining immediatly, that I can't accept that. The host and booking don't want to refund the money.

"Absolutely shocking - dirty - not fit Animals"

Beds not changed from previous guests - nothing like the pictures - shower broken I actually walked out after 10mins and found alternative accommodation- . Worst place ever- host stating not his fault the cleaner hadn't shown up!! Appalling don't bother booking Shame on Booking.com having these types of places on their portfolio Will be expecting a full refund
