Ferienwohnung Penthouse 17 im Haus Düne 7 Prora

Die Größe der Wohnung mit den vielen Zimmern und jeder hatte sein eigens Badezimmer hatte uns alle sehr beeindruckt. Die Sauberkeit ist uns besonders aufgefallen. Es gab drei Balkone und eine Dachterrasse. Wir waren 9 Personen und hatten unsere gemeinsame Zeit genossen, jeder konnte sich aber auch irgendwo zurückziehen. Der Pool hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Und der schnelle Weg zu einem wirklich tollen Strand.

Sehr gute Lage, Ausstattung, Größe

Klasse ausgestattetes, riesengroßes Apartment in toller Lage! Mit dem Fahrstuhl bis in die Wohnung - welch ein Luxus. 3 Balkone und eine große Dachterrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick - also zu jeder Tageszeit die Möglichkeit ein Sonnenplätzchen zu finden. Strand und Outdoor Pool unkompliziert in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Unsere Hunde wurden mit Spielzeug liebevoll empfangen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell! Insgesamt auf jeden Fall eine Top-Empfehlung von uns! Kommen gerne wieder!

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln!

Die Ausstattung, die Nähe zum Strand und die Sauberkeit waren wirklich herausragend.

Das Wasser in den Waschbecken floss etwas langsam ab, vielleicht können Sie das mal überprüfen.

Location close to the beach is very convenient, and the views are lovely.

Could be cleaner, there were some stains, hairs, dust. No option to clean feet of sand when coming back from the beach. There is a pool indeed but no outdoor shower, no tap to wash feet and the apartment showers are set on the rainforest shower first and have no tap. Although there are some restaurants and one bakery in the area, one would have to drive or take a bike to get to a supermarket or pharmacy, and the closest town is also a drive or bike ride away. Lastly, the house manager is very rude. He yelled at us for briefly parking on car on the driveway as we were loading it to leave, but there is no “no parking” sign. I would suggest adding a sign if this is such an issue.

Fully equipped. Everything was as depicted in the pictures. We really appreciated the cleanliness of this place and loved being able to bring our dog with us for the holidays.

The apartment has a heater system which you are able to control on each room where the minimum level is one. This allows the apartment to be always at a certain temperature, however sometimes we felt it was to warm -we prefer cold weather-, we opened doors and or windows every now and then but would have liked to be able to turn it off.
