Die Häuser liegen etwas abseits vom Zentrum von Binz, wodurch es sehr ruhig war. Trotz der etwas abgelegenen Lage war man aber innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß an Seebrücke, Strand oder der Haltestelle vom Rasenden Roland.

Die vorhandenen Parkflächen vor unserem Haus waren relativ eng, insbesondere der Spielraum zum Rangieren.
