Hervorragende, ruhige Lage Nähe Schmachter See, Zentrum und Strandpromenade. Die Gastgeberfamilie engagiert und sehr freundlich , familiäre Atmosphäre, unkomplizierte Übergabe bei An- und Abreise. Balkon mit Blick in die Gärten, sonnig morgens bis spätnachmittags. Helle Wohnung einschl. Bad mit Fenster. Gute Ausstattung, alles funktionabel, außergewöhnlich gepflegt und sauber, Spülmittel und -tücher (saubere) vorhanden.. Gute Schrank- und Stauräume auch im Bad. Infomaterial über aktuelle Veranstaltungen, Binz und Rügen.

Für Menschen bis 170 cm Körpergröße leider unbequem hoch gehängter Badschrank und Spiegel, habe überlegt, einen kleinen Hocker zu kaufen. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist wirklich recht eng (wirkt auf den Fotos nicht ganz so eng) und erfordert gute Logistik beim Spülen bzw. Zubereiten selbst des Frühstücks, für Urlaub mit Kochabsicht nicht geeignet.
