Bled Honey Bee Apartment

Location can't be any better. Literally 1 minute away from the beach

I did not like that the A/C was only available in the living room and not in the bedroom. Other than that it is a very spacious and nice apartment.

The location is beyond compare and worth every penny. Property has everything you need for a stay including a washing machine. Twenty paces from the lake, a shop and two restaurants you really can't go wrong. Very spacious, apartment is clean and tidy. Second time staying here and will be back

Great location. Well equipped apartment with a balcony overlookig a stream that runds from Lake Bled past the apartment.

We arrived late in Lake Bled and contacted owner to delay our meeting to collect keys and validate passport informtion as we had hungry children to feed. The following morning checkout was scheduled for 11am but on our return from a walk arond Lake Bled, a swim and breakfast at 1030, the owner was waiting on our door step with a cleaner telling us we had to leave. Apparently he had another booking he had to clean the room for which was more important than us as his existing guests. He seemed to believe that becasue we weren't able to meet him the day prior, we somehow owed him 30min of his time which he expected to recover on the checkout time. A very dissappointing end to our stay and really reflects poorly on the hosts hospitality. Clearly securieng the next accommodation charges were more important than customer satisfaction. A very poor experience of customer service.

This property is located on the quieter corner of lake Bled, approximately 25 minutes to most of the restaurants and activities. This is no bad thing. It is a very short walk to a swimming area of the lake and to the boats, both those you hire and those who row you to the island. It is an easy rowing distance to the island. There is a small supermarket just a few houses away and nice restaurants within easy walking distance. The owner was really friendly and the accommodation had everything we needed. Parking is expensive and hard to come by in Bled so the fact that this accommodation comes with parking for an average size car is a massive bonus. We walked to every thing we needed whilst in Bled.

There was a view of the lake from the main bedroom but to see it from the balcony you needed to lean over the edge and look around the corner. The accommodation felt a little tired in some respects but was clean and well equipped and had plenty of storage. The sofa bed was not comfortable but the main bed was very comfortable.

Close to Lake Bled. Couple of nice places to eat within 2 min walk. I

No toilet or bathroom at the Apartment for two: had to go there through the corridor. No sink in the bathroom, so the kitchen was a sort of a bathroom. To overpriced Apartment !
