"Im Winter absolut nicht zu empfehlen."

Es war sauber und ordentlich und sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung liegt abgelegen in einer Wohnstraße. Es gibt keinen Bäcker, man muss immer Auto fahren. Es ist ein schönes Haus aus den 50/60 Jahren. Ganz schlecht isoliert. Daher total ausgekühlt und es zog an allen Fenstern! Wir haben durchgehend gefroren. Im Winter ist das Haus nicht zu empfehlen. Nachts nur gefroren, statt zu schlafen. Die Heizungen klappern, schaffen es aber nicht! Wir sind beide erkältet!

Genug Platz, alles ordentlich und sauber. Ruhige Wohngegend mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.

Obwohl wir die Heizkörper aufgedreht hatten, war es insgesamt immer sehr kühl in der Wohnung.

Die Lage war gut. Es war genügend Raum für 3 Personen Mehr fällt mir nicht ein.

Das Gartentor hat schon ein lädiertes Schloß. Wenn man in den Flur kommt fallen einem schon Laminatflächen auf die mit transparentem Packband verklebt sind. Der Kühlschrank, die Toilettentür und die WC-Spülung machen einen Höllenlärm bei Nutzung. Nachts werde da alle anderen wach. Auf dem Balkon steht ein bespannter Stuhl dessen Hälfte der Kordeln durchgerissen sind. Die Balkonbrüstung wurde nur von außen gestrichen und innen lief die Farbe runter. In der Küche ist eine Ecke schräg abgeklebt. Befindet sich dahinter Schimmel, zu riechen war nichts. Ich denke die Jahreseinnahmen sollten für die Renovierung der Hochparterrewohnung genutzt werden.

Die Lage ist gut. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann schnell überall hin. Wir haben uns ein Taxi zum Schiffsanleger gegönnt (10€) Die Wohnung ist in Ordnung, es wurde einiges renoviert.

Backofen defekt, Fußboden teilweise notdürftig geklebt.

Ruhige und gute Lage. Restaurants in der Stadt sehr gut erreichbar. Parken absolut problemlos. Das war’s aber mit dem gefallen.

Tolle Wohnung aber leider völlig unzureichende, zusammengewürfelte Küchenausstattung. Bad mit rostiger Ausstattung, Dusche nicht so gut. Sehr anstrengend sind die Hinweisschilder was man tun und lassen soll. Wir kommen leider nicht mehr wieder
