Naprostá spokojenost, krásné designové ubytování na dobrém místě. Naprosto nádherný dvoreček s lípou uprostřed a sezením okolo. Při příští cestě do Brna po vás budu koukat a jestli budete mít volno, ráda se u vás ubytuji znovu. :-)

Blízko do centra

Bohužel jsem si zapomněl v ubytování kabát. Ačkoliv jsem to nahlásil ihned po odjezdu, ani po měsíci se mi nevrátil.

Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, and the shared kitchen and terrace too. The bed is wonderful, and the heating works very well. The front porch is perfect, and the sun terrace on the roof is the best I've seen in a long time :) The reception desk was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout: thank you so much!

The sound insulation is not good, so depending on your neighbour it can be quite communal. While the apartment is beautifully designed, certain practicalities are mssing, such as no shelves in the bathroom or shower curtain, and a very small apartment window for ventilation (which might be a problem in summer).

Trop peu d’équipements

The apartment is at the back of a courtyard in a quiet street, very quiet. There is also a policy preventing excessive noise which is good. The location is easy to reach from the main train station e.g. by tram.

I stayed in apartment B. Sadly, this was a huge disappointment. The two room (bedroom, bath and small entrance area) apartment has no windows and no ventilation except for a tiny ca 30cm by 30cm opening that could only get tilted, not fully opened. Bedroom has a window sized "glass bricks" thing that lets in some light, only artificial light in the bath and entrance area. On arrival there was a terrible, extremely strong smell coming from two electric scent thingies one puts into the electrical sockets. There is a bathtub in the bath but no shower curtain or similar nor any way to fixate the shower head. Bathroom walls painted with thick paint under which the wall looks like it could have well been moldy. Kitchen has no proper coffee machine (e.g. cheap Italian stove-top moka pot), just one of those Nespesso-like capsule devices and there were two different capsules in the room for a stay of two nights which is way insufficient. So if you need proper coffe you have to bring your own coffee machine or buy additional capsules yourself just for the stay. The double bed has two separate mattresses which were very soft and not very comfortable.
