La localisation était parfaite pour moi, juste à côté du depart des bus pour le marathon de la liberté

Le moins bien sont les toilettes communes, mais au prix de l’hebergement c’est compréhensible et la chambre est super bien optimisée on ne peut pas faire mieux.

The host wanted a deposit of 350€!! for one night, which he didn't disclose beforehand and it's also not mentioned on the official website. He only shared this information a few hours before the check-in, so it's really untrustworthy.

Great view of the canal from the top floor, warm n cozy, cute old euro elevator, great location close to everything I needed!

Great place for traveling

It met our needs

Nothing... The place was not at all as discribed.

We had to leave in the middle of the night. The sheets were very dirty, full of hair, stains and ripped. There were no towels. There was only one pillow even if we were 2 persons. The toilet was clogged and there was an note on it that mentioned that it can be used only for peeing, for anything else you had to use the commune toilet in the hallway which was very dirty and used by all the appartments on the floor. The host was not willing to at least help us with clean sheets and he did not returned our money even if we didn't stay there. Also, he asked for a guarantee outside booking platform.

The 5th floor too dark and scaring for me

Location

The toilet could not be fully used due to the flushing system (you need to defecate in another shared toilet outside the apartment, in the corridor). The host was not responsive in a timely manner and the instructions to simply enter the apartment were like a treasure hunt, really difficult to find. The host also asked for an additional 50€ caution (in cash) which is given back afterwards (supposedly, as we never got it back even if we did not break anything and left the apartment as we found it.
