The location is excellent, close to everything, from the Old Town to the train station, restaurants, and more. The apartment is large and spacious. Great balcony. It's good for six people, although one bed is right by the front door, in the corner. The other is in the living room, so there's not much room to sit – only at the table. Towels, shower gel, shampoo – everything is provided.

Although the location was great, unfortunately it was very noisy - whether it was people returning from a party or the morning traffic. The shower head in the bathroom needs to be replaced because it is covered in mold. Unfortunately, the worst part was the check-in process. We were with two small children, after a trip, it was late, and I received a link on WhatsApp that was supposed to unlock the door, but it didn't happen. Despite instructions to add that contact to my contact list, I immediately called the owners on WhatsApp, but they didn't answer. I then called another number listed as an emergency number, and the person who answered didn't know who I was or what I wanted and hang up on me!! Very rude! Then the owner wrote eventually on whatsapp about a locker downstairs. One locker didn't have keys inside, but the other did. This caused us a lot of unnecessary stress. My advice – to make check-in easier – just leave the key in the locker and that's it.

L'alloggio necessita di un manutentore che getti un occhio su ciò che necessita di essere riparato, sostituito o acquistato. (Cfr foto allegate) Ecco alcuni esempi di ciò che ho dovuto sistemare personalmente: Una abat-jour della camera da letto lasciata staccata dalla presa elettrica, situata dietro la testata del letto. L'altra abat-jour non si accendeva, perchè la lampadina non era avvitata fino in fondo. Le chiavi dei bagni erano riposte in un armadietto della sala. La ciambella del wc aveva una vite a farfalla allentata. Il soffione della doccia di un bagno aveva la levetta del comando allentata. La levetta del soffione della doccia dell'altro bagno era riposta in un armadietto della sala. Ecco ora una lista di ciò che mancava: le pile del telecomando tv di una camera da letto; i due flaconi di sapone liquido di un bagno lasciati vuoti in bagno; i tappi del lavandino e del bidet di un bagno mancanti; la lampada sopra lo specchio di un bagno non funzionante. In generale tutto dava l'impresssione di un allloggio lasciato a sé stesso. Avrei anche apprezzato una cartina della città e magari qualche opuscolo dell'ufficio del turismo. Visto anche il prezzo pagato, sarebbe stato bello avere almeno una bottiglia d'acqua minerale nel frigo.

Casa in pieno centro a Bari, molto spaziosa e ben arredata, condominio molto bello. Salone gigante per rilassarsi.

The host was incredibly helpful with the questions and guidance on how to access the keys. The apartment was spacious and had everything you need for the stay. The bed was really comfortable, the sofa was not that comfortable, but for a short stay it was fine.

The shower space was tiny and you need to wait for the water to get warm for quite some time.
