The fact that has a yard...maybe...but not even that...

I've asked and agreed with 11:00 am check out and she came by the door to kick us out at 10:00am...although we agreed for 11:00. Also is very wet, everything stays wet and location is in a dodgy hood...I wouldn't take it again even for less money... Unfortunatelly this old place is not a place for family at all... Agreed with the woman at 10:30 for check out but is a rough person... :(((( With this attitude you can't rent accomodation for tourists, people will just avoid you.

La posizione e' ottima: vicino sia alla stazione che a Bari vecchia. Abbiamo apprezzato lo spazio esterno vivibile e ben attrezzato e l' ampia doccia. L' appartamento dispone di una cucina con tutto il necessario ( aceto,sale, zucchero, caffé, té..) per cucinare e per una pulizia veloce.

Smoth check-in process, we were able to check in early. Accommodation has a terrace that is very useful if you want to relax or have something to eat.

1. Most important property is false presented as an apartment, a bedroom, and a living room with a couch. In fact, the couch is in the bedroom, and the three of us had to share the room. 2. We spent a lot of time moping the kitchen and bathroom floor as there was a consistent leak from the toilet. Problem not solved during our stay. 3. In the kitchen, there is a dehumidifier that was also leaking enough to create a discomfort ( we had to mop the water and swith off the thing)

Clean; basic kitchen stuff but enough for my needs; walkable to train station and the airport train connection; outside space is large but the mosquitos in mid-October made it unusable; large shower

A bit dark because apartment is essentially in the basement with the only natural light coming from the terrace window and door; main exterior door lock to building was broken, which is a security concern as this is the only apartment on the street entry level; a bit far from the old city (25 minute walk);
