Central loft full comfort

Location was great, close to the see and old town. Close to all city spots (10-15min). Good and nice apartment. It has all what you need for pleasant stay. Two bathrooms, two sleeping rooms. In one room the beds were less comfortable. Nice terrace where you can smoke if you want. Hot water without any problems. Clean. Permanent hot water.

First two days we had problem with heating. It was cold, because the owner did not allowed to increase temperature in apartment. He said that is some local law for energy consumption and temperature need to be from 19C to max 21C. In winter time that is too low. Central heating was locked so you can not change it. After some negotiations He decide to rise temperature on 21C in system. It is probably the same in summer with AC. There was no live contact with owner. Only SMS with delayed answers and communication.

Appartamento moderno, con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 5 è l'alloggio era perfetto, soprattutto per i 2 bagni A circa 15 minuti dalla stazione e dal centro

L'appartamento è al primo piano, e dalle foto dell'appartamento si vede un ascensore ma al momento di indicarci le modalità per accedere all'appartamento siamo stati informati che non avremmo potuto usarlo

Perfektní místo na procházky po Bari

Veľmi dobre vybavený apartmán s dvoma kúpeľňami, na skvelom mieste, blízko mora, blízko centra. Majiteľ ochotný vždy pomôcť.

Mieszkanie bardzo wygodne. Blisko do centrum i do dworca. Przy sąsiedniej ulicy bar z doskonałymi i tanimi kanapkami (Niestety otwarty tylko wieczorem). Dobry kontakt z wynajmującym. Wejście do apartamentu bezkluczykowe.

Czasem bywało głośno z ulicy lub od strony sąsiadów, ale na to się nie poradzi. Brak tabletek do zmywarki.

Apartamentul este foarte bine amplasat, aproape de centru, aproape de faleza, este foarte dragut si curat si dispune de toate utilitatile necesare. Proprietarul foarte amabil si a pus la dispozitie inclusiv recomandari de localuri si harti utile (ex farmacii, restaurante). Recomand din toata inima aceasta locatie, ne-am simtit foarte bine!

Świetna lokalizacja – wszędzie można dojść na piechotę. Apartament dobrze wyposażony, miał wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Dużym plusem są dwie łazienki. Poza sezonem bez problemu z parkowaniem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam!
