Central loft full comfort

Very spacious apartment for a family of 5. Beautiful bathrooms and good proximity to the beachfront and shopping area.

The single beds in the 2nd bedroom were small and uncomfortable.

Perfect place to explore Matera, very nice and big apartment. Great location, beautiful and spacious.

This is more of a recommendation... There is too much light coming in one of the rooms at night, I would recommend better curtains to provide an even better experience. And there was a light sense of moisture, but it was raining a lot each day, so maybe it was an exception.

the IKEA sheets aren’t great; same for the pillows, I brought my own though so no big deal.

The location was very good, the place was clean and nice.

I respect the idea of keeping the apartment clean, however, I dont think it's my responsibility to clean the bins when checking out. I think this is the duty of the host, especially for a short stay (2 days only). No garbage should be left in the bins (kitchen and bathrooms) after check out.

The apartment is very nice and large, with a couple of balconies and good size kitchen we were able to cook nice meals in. The location is perfect for seeing everything in the area.

One bedroom has a bright street light shining into it all night, making it feel like it's daylight. Could use some dark curtains or something.

Great location in the city cerntre and close to the nice beach. Great communication with owner

Good location, close to the sea, close to restaurants, cafes. Modern apartment and well maintained.
