Struttura in pieno centro di Bari Vecchia. Host preciso e disponibile. Carineria con la bottiglia d'acqua da 1.5lt e disponibilità di caffè a volontà.

Una piccola menzione da devo fare: apro il portone per salire in casa e mi trovo una prima rampa di scale, apro la porta della casa e mi trovo una prima scala in legno e poi subito dopo un'altra a chiocciola non di facile accesso...non oso immaginare se avessimo avuto qualche impedimento...bagno distribuito male, doccia piccolissima e wc che ci si appoggiava sul lavandino....da rivedere.

Appartement hyper propre, décoré avec goût, lumineux, avec de l'espace (cuisine, espace repas et grand salon très appréciés), et chambre en mezzanine. Très bonne climatisation. Et à une rue des dames faisant la démonstration de confection des pâtes de Bari.

Attention, il n'y a pas un mais des escaliers( 1 pour accéder au logement, puis 2 abrupts dont le second en colimaçon). Ce n'est pas pratique et bien délicat pour sa sécurité pour monter et descendre une valise plus importante qu'une valise cabine. De même, la douche avec entrée de coin, n'est pas accessible pour les personnes avec des formes.... 28/30 cm grand maximum pour s'y glisser dedans ou en sortir.

The location was amazing!

All the stairs were not clearly disclosed, I knew there was one flight to get into the apartment and a flight of stairs to get to the loft sleeping area, but there is still a steep wooden set and a spiral staircase to get into the apartment. If you have large suitcases it is not very fun getting them up the stairs! The stairs are very steep and in my opinion a bit sketchy. The shower was sooooo small that we could barely fit through the opening! The sofa bed would not be comfortable for more than one person as one of the sides is incredibly hard and uncomfortable.

Great location in the old town! Very friendly host. Challenging stairs at the entrance, you may want to take this into account if you have large luggage. However, this is described in the preliminary information. For me, good location and value for money.

Very central location, super cute, modern and clean appartment. Monia the owner gave easy to follow instructions and was very friendly. I slept like a baby in the wonderful bed.

Only thing that bothered me is that the lid of the toilet doesn’t stay up, which means it falls against your back whenever you sit on the toilet

This Airbnb has a few great features: the space is big, with a separate kitchen that includes a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and even a selection of tea. There’s also a walk-in closet for your belongings, which is a nice touch. The location is excellent — you walk outside and you’re right in the center of Bari. And for such a central spot, it’s surprisingly quiet at night. I had no trouble sleeping. But overall, my experience wasn’t great.

The biggest issue is that the heating doesn’t work. The host sent instructions through WhatsApp and there are two remote controls, but despite trying everything (and having stayed in another Airbnb with the same system that did work), this one did nothing. It made some noise like it was turning on, but no heat ever came out. What’s frustrating is that I read a previous review mentioning this exact issue — so the host knows about it and just hasn’t fixed it. The apartment was freezing cold. I had to wear layers inside just to stay warm, and the floor was ice cold too. There were no slippers provided. The apartment also felt cold and impersonal. The kitchen cabinets were filled with cups and dishes that didn’t look clean, and there were no fresh sponges for washing them — just old, used ones that looked gross. I ended up buying disposable cups just to make tea. There are also not enough outlets in the kitchen. There’s a coffee maker and a kettle, but only one usable socket above the counter. You have to constantly unplug and switch things around, which gets annoying fast. One of the most disappointing parts was the misleading description: this place is listed as sleeping three people, but it clearly only accommodates two. There’s one proper bed. The supposed third sleeping spot is a dirty, hard, narrow couch with no bedding. There’s no way anyone could actually sleep on it comfortably. I ended up having to share the bed with my teenage son, which wasn’t what we wanted at all. And then there are the stairs. I had read about them in other reviews, and they were right — they’re brutal. If you’re young and in good shape, you can get up, but even then it’s a struggle with luggage. A small carry-on is manageable; a full-size suitcase is almost impossible to haul up. Inside the apartment, there’s also a narrow, wobbly staircase leading up to the bed area.

The apartment was large and comfortable in a great location. Self-check in made it easy for our late flight.
