Minihouse

Carlo is great host, very helpful and has everything in the apartment well ordered and organized, neat and clean. The location is perfect, 5 min from the Beach, there is a bus stop in front, from where you reach city center in 10 min. Breakfast is included in a nice cafe nearby.

Wonderful, kind, helpful and attentive host! Excellent location: close to the beach, promenade, shops and free parking. Too close to the railway, though it's possible to get used to the noise as long as the windows are closed.

It was comfortable and had a good use of the available space.

very nice Host - Carlo good air condition clean

ALL GOOD

We stayed 5 nights (Fri - Wed). The flat was beautiful, very clean and very well equipped. It was situated on the 3rd floor in a block of flats and a lift was available there (however, we used the stairs). Carlo (the host) did not speak very good English, so at points it was a bit difficult to make ourselves understood, however, he tried and we also tried to speak Italian - in return. We got lovely red wine from him upon our arrival as well as local savoury biscuits. He recommended us some places of interest in order to visit. There was enough toiletries in the bathroom and the kitchen was well equipped too - we did not cook though but you have plates, cutlery, wine glasses, little oven and a cooker available if you wish and a big fridge with a little freezer. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen (we did not use). The flat is very well located - 5 mins from the coast and approx. 25 mins walking distance from the centre. It is however a very nice crawl through the streets, so you will enjoy it if you are a walker. :-) We also rented bicycles for a day through Viamoo Bike Sharing, so you can explore Bari differently! :-)

There is a large double bed there yet with ONE mattress which is something we do not like because at night if one person turns over in the bed, the other one shakes too (unwillingly). I know that this one mattress thing is a very common thing in some parts of the world and for most people it does not have to be a problem. But I want to point it out for those, who likes to sleep on individual mattresses. :-) And second thing - I love trains :-) yet the flat is located right next to the railway, so at night it can be quite noisy (the weekend was more quiet though). The positive bit about this is, that you can take a train directly from the train stop to Polignano a mare or Monopoli (which we did) and therefore you do not have to go to the central station. And a last thing - there were disposable towels and disposable bedding, so they will be all thrown out after our departure. Maybe this is some kind of remainder of Covid time? Not sure, however, it was not very pleasant to wipe yourself with such towels and sleeping in the disposable bedding also not very comfy.. :-(

Great host! Carlo makes sure that his guests got what they need. Apartment is in decent locations - close to promenade and one of the train stations. Bed is comfortable.

Nice and clean

We had a great stay at the Minihouse. It was very clean. And the location was great, close to the beach, close to the city centre and close to a rail station. The owner gave us tips where to go and helped us with the taxi transfer back to the airport 10/10 would recommend
