Large open space, nice and cool in bottom section.

Far to loud, local families congregating outside front door, spiral stair case extremely narrow and not safe, warm up in large bedroom.

The old property was beautifully furnished, well maintained, very clean with lovely stone walls. It was located in a great position in the old town within walking distance to most things. The property had most things we wanted. We enjoyed our stay.

Being older one had to be careful using the spiral staircases especially during the night. Other than that, once downstairs all was great.

A charming and spacious apartment tucked just inside the old city. Clean and comfortable with a welcoming host - thanks GianLuca. We enjoyed walks across the town and along the port, and plenty of restaurants and shopping, with the train/bus station to take you to marvellous areas, such as Alberobello. While we visited in Summer, the apartment's location (and stonework) means it stays reasonably cool. Very enjoyable stay.

Keep in mind that you are staying in the old city, so people are living close by and, with that, comes 'people' rather than 'traffic' noise. But the noise didn't bother us, rather it made the experience feel more authentic. This apartment also has circular stairs to the bedroom. We thought the stairs were charming, but they won't suit everyone.

Very spacious and excellent location, Gianluca was nice and easy to reach!

The Apartment is right at the verge of old town, so everything is in walking distance. Gianluca was an exceptionally polite host, we were super happy!

really good location, nicely designed, cool for sleeping, water left. helpful host despite being remote.

shower strength was ok. missed natural light (but that is the style of the house). quality of finish not as good as other 9-10 rated we have stayed at.

The apartament was very clean, well equipped and specious (great when travelling with friends), very well located, near to all the best restaurants. The host was also very nice and helpful, easy to communicate ;) I highly recommend!!!!!!

It was not a minus for us but when you are planning to stay for a longer period it is worth considering that in fact there is no proper window in the apartament (I guess it is typical for places in the old town). However, as the apartment is very specious and with high cellings, it might not be a problem.
