Property when we arrived relatively clean and spacious.

From the start the communication was poor. I messaged months before our trip asking questions that went unanswered until I found their WhatsApp and messaged through that. Still they did not answer all of my questions until I asked multiple times. Then the morning of our check out which was 11am and they had messaged to confirm it was in fact 11am. My husband and I went for a quick breakfast with our bags mostly packed. We returned at 10.45 to find the door of our apartment wide open and a cleaner inside. The cleaner was in the bathroom so she didn’t even hear us enter. When we voiced our concern to the owner, we were answered with they take care of our belongings. I don’t see how they can ensure our luggage is safe when the door was wide open and anyone on the street could have entered and taken our belongings without anyone noticing. We have been travelling for 4 weeks and stayed and 7 different accommodations and this by far was the most disappointing in terms of communication and respect for your privacy and personal belongings. Spend the extra 10 euros and get yourself somewhere better.

Everything a bit too old, no hand at the bathroom , noisy.

Location excellent for exploring the old & new parts of Bari. Supermarkets were very close. Very ambient apartment in lovely street of local families. Could use reasonable cost park & ride municipal car park, 10 minute bus trip or 25 minute walk.

Great localization near by the old town. Walking distance from the central station. Apartment well equipped.

The location was excellent. It was a very modern apartment in old building.

The apartment was very cold and impossible to warm up due to very high ceilings. The heater was high up so it didn’t help the main rooms. There are no windows to look out. The ones in the door are frosted.

Great place! Apartament was located in very convenient place - it's just between the old town and Murat so everything is like walking distance. Nice restaurants around (especially when you are gluten free - there is great place very nearby!). And the apartament was in typical old Bari building - that was interesting experience. The owner was VERY helpful - thank You for all the help!

There is no window in the apartment - that was kind of weird, but it wasn't bothering that much.
