Good location, close to city center, with a lot of shops and restaurants around. The bed had a good and comfortable mattress. Spacious apartment. Renovated bathroom.

We find the apartment dirty. Only the linen bed and towels ware clean. The entire kitchen, including the stove and refrigerator, and kitchen utensils was covered in dirt. Coffee machine unusable due to dirt. Although there is a dishwasher, it could not be used because I found only one dose of detergent for a 7-day stay. We bought dishwashing detergent, sponges and washed the dishes we used by hand. The day before departure we were contacted and warned to take our trash to the street storage areas. The way we were asked this was a little aggressive, but I took out the trash. Although we collected our trash selectively, in Bari all trash is thrown away unselectively. You can find some oil, sugar, and coffee in the location, but they are all old, unusable, probably left by tourists at some point. Also the evening before our departure we were asked insistently and aggressively what time we were leaving the next day, that they had to know when to come to clean. Given that we found the apartment stinking, we found these insistences gratuitous and unnecessary. There was a set check-out time and there was no need to bother us with that. Anyway, we left the apartment before the check-out indicated time. There are ants in the bathroom, if you go to the bathroom at night you will inevitably come across them. The furniture is old and generally dirty.

The apartment is friendly and spacious and the location really great.

The conversation with the host was bad and cumbersome. First, I didn’t get replys on Booking and had to switch to WhatsApp to get answers. There were communication problems due to Google translate. I would expect more professionalism from a company managing many apartments. There were moldy spots near one window and in the bathroom.

Good Location, nice apartment

The location is very good - a short walk to the old city and a straight 10-15 walk to Bari centrale train station. The apartment is clean, beds are comfortable, everything was working properly.
