The apartment was very good In the good area The host was very friendly and answered for all the questions we have. There was a plenty of welcome coffee,water and sweets.

Location and overall the house

Ok location, nice host who left snacks, water and coffee, we really appreciate it! We received clean white towels, we appreciate it! The bathroom was clean and equipped with soap, shampoo, hair dryer, we appreciate it! Also Very good communication with the host, check out flexible!

the bedding is not pressed, and this aspect for me was a priority considering the note on the booking and the price which is not a necessarily small one. I hope the owner will take into account and change these aspect. in the bedroom better you dont open the window because there is a constant noise of cars outside, so it is better to use the air conditioner. The balcony is closed, you cannot enjoy it because there is a very large boiler on the balcony, and the view is not the most relaxing or attractive.

Property more spacious than we expected. Comfortable, clean with good facilities. Well located 15/20 mins walk to old town, restaurants and train and bus stations. Local food shops within a minute. Host responded promptly to texts from us and extremely accommodating and helpful - thank you .

Unfortunately , lift was out of order. We were made aware of this before booking so were prepared.

The appartement is extremely spaceous. We booked it for 2 people and we had way too much room. The windows isolated very well against any noise from outside so while being in the middle the city we heard nothing. It's close to the station, still quite close to the central station as well, and old town is also at walking distance. There is a shop just across the street so just about everything you need is within hands reach. The owner is also very involved which is nice to know. (But not to the extent that you feel watched).

There is a lift but it isn't working yet. Stairs are quite narrow at times to carry luggage up 3 floors. But that should be solved soon. The water pipes play a tune when you use hot water, but it's short so it didn't brother that much. One thing we did lack was kitchen towels.

The apartment was quite big with all amenities needed. There was coffee, croissants, water and wine for free. The location is quite close to the old town and used to make a walk each evening.

The apartment is located in the fourth floor at a very old building that was renovated. The staircase is very very narrow and steep and no lift. When we arrived it was probably 40 degrees at the staircase and the door wouldn’t open with the app. Thanks that the host told us the code for the emergency key so we could open it before we collapsed from the heat.

The location is good, but not excellent. There are 75 steps to the apartment.…But it seems that soon there will be an elevator..

Noise from the street

The apartment was very clean when we arrived and the check-in process was frictionless as well. The owner is very friendly and eager to help with anything. We liked how spacious the place was and how well equipped it was. Upon arrival we found a bottle of sparkling wine in the fridge, as well as two bottles of water, which was nice. The owner also put out some sweets/snacks for us along with some fresh fruits. There was also a coffee machine and enough capsules for the whole stay. We also appreciated the air conditioning in both living spaces, thanks to them we were always comfortable, even on the hottest days. The location of the apartment is also pretty good, we could comfortably reach most points of interest on foot (although the beach is about 40 minutes away).

We found the spring bed a bit uncomfortable, but this was absolutely not a deal breaker. The apartment is on the third floor with pretty steep steps (and no elevator), so prepare with some cardio exercises 😁.
