Very secure and clean place. Several nice pools for swimming and comfortable.

Some minor Internet problems.

Spent a week here had an amazing time close to the beach and easy walk to the main strip with plenty of food options. Nice pool and the bun had everything u needed if u wanted to cook.

I liked that the kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry was helpful especially wet towels as I was told not to hang my towels over the railing. There was a rack provided but it was in the shade. I also appreciate that we were allowed to stay in our unit on our last day till 2:30 as our flight had been moved from morning to night. The grounds are lovely with the beautiful flowers and iguanas.

We arrived at night, it was raining. Our host didn’t meet us, we didn’t know where to go, there were so many stairs and the facility is not well lit. We were struggling trying to find our unit. Thank goodness our driver and the gate opening guy stayed to help with our luggage. The unit had a very distinct musky, moldy smell which never really went away. In fact when we returned home, I had to wash all our clothes, throw my $200 pillow out as well as our luggage and backpacks. I tried everything to remove the smell but could not. The property has so many stairs and hills, 50 steps up to main pool from our unit. The hills were very steep which made walking difficult. The property needs repairs. Every pool needed tiles replaced and the cobblestones around main pool were very uneven. I twisted my ankle during the first week and missed the rainforest tour I had been really excited about. I got an X-ray when we returned home and my ankle has soft tissue and tendon strain and damage. We were told not to flush any toilet paper but to place it in the provided garbage can. After a few days it was really smelly. Which meant more uphill trips to the garbage facility. There are several pools, we tried 3, but there are only a few loungers at each, also there are no bathrooms at any of the pools. So 50 stairs up to pool, 50 steps down to our unit to use bathroom or get a drink then 50 steps back up. At least we got our steps in but with my twisted ankle it was really challenging.

Within walking distance to the beach and some shops, large living room and dinning area to relax at the end of the day. Having two bathrooms was handy for our group of 5. Nice balcony. We liked that it was a 2 story with the bedrooms up stairs and kitchen downstairs. Some of us in our group are early risers so it was nice being able to enjoy a coffee without waking the rest of the house up.

You arnt able to park very close to your room which wasnt a big deal for us but may be for some. It's in a gated area and where only given one gate fob , a second one would be ideal when our group split up to do different activities. These units are all attached so the odd time you do hear noises from other units , typical of a condo I suppose and just something we arnt used to. This was the most expensive of our 6 accomodation places this trip, we quickly realised coco is simply an expensive area and will probably look for something on the outskirts more immersed in nature next time, not necessarily a negative of this apartment but something to keep in mind.

The home was perfect, very spacious, clean & cozy. There are 3 pools very close to the condo, 6 pools in total. The main pool is amazing we spent every day there. The staff & neighbors are very friendly & helpful.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. We had a little bit of an issue with the plumbing but that could have been from the rain storm that we had which management pointed that out, they preferred if you throwed the toilet paper in the garbage instead of in the toilet because the toilet paper could plug it up as well. Also we had a little bit of an issue with the AC in the livingroom main floor but they were working on that right away. If you have an issue with anything, just message management. It may sometimes take them a little bit of time to respond, but they do get back pretty quickly.

Could have had some tea and coffee and some essentials.
