Logement très agréable, bien équipé et idéalement situé dans le centre de Côme. MAIS...Le gros problème, c'est qu'il se trouve au-dessus d'un commerce ouvert jusqu'à 4h du matin le vendredi et samedi soir et tous les autres jours de la semaine jusqu'à 2h du matin. Résultat les fêtards noctambules terminent leur soirée sous nos fenêtres dans ce commerce pour discuter jusqu'à très tôt le matin. Par conséquent impossibilité de dormir. Dommage

Everything was good

Enjoyed the location- allow you to go everywhere from the center of Como. Next do a supermarket, train and bus station. However, the guests are supposed to check in in person even after checking in online (which includes uploading a selfie, id, personal information, ..)- the office was quite far from the apartment (at least by foot with our luggage). After expressing my concerns, the staff promptly volunteer to meet us at the apartment to check our ids. So I really don’t get the check in situation but the staff was really nice by meeting us at the apartment. The instructions for getting the key from the safe and getting into the apartment were clear. The instructions to access Wi-Fi provided in the book in the apartment were not correct- not the password nor the network. The fan from the bathroom is too loud and takes a long time to turn off (turns off by itself). Same goes for the water heater that randomly turns on during the night and after the shower and takes a long time to turn off.

Amazing stay! The hosts were great, fast replies and kind. The area where the apartment is located is amazing, near interest points and safe. The apartment is in great conditions Would definitely stay here again!
