Beautiful Georgian Apartment - Central Bath

Superb location less than a five minute walk from the station and directly opposite a car park. We went to explore the city and enjoy the Christmas markets, which were less than a five minute walk around Bath Abbey. The apartment is very spacious with a very comfortable bed and great shower. The heating was a problem however, as although the notes said it was preset, it didn’t come on when we would have expected it, so we had to activate it manually. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

The stairs!! ☹️….I think it should state more clearly that the apartment is on the second floor and that there are four flights of stairs to get to it, but if a challenge with luggage and shopping. It’s also not a great first impression, as the hallway is very drab and not well cared for, but thankfully once in the apartment it was ok. The other issue we had is that the microwave is located in a cupboard at knee height, so incredibly difficult to use, so would be better on a shelf in the kitchenette or on a work surface. There was also a broken table in the bedroom which we reported by text to the owners immediately it was discovered, however no response was received, although the message was read which was rather odd.

Very clean Perfect position Everything you need for a stay in Bath. If pushed for one negative, it was a bit cold in the bathroom and bedroom at night, but it is October and we didn't want to mess with the heating settings.

Beautiful apartment, very cozy and clean. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were very kind. Location is amazing, central and close to many sightseeings. The bed was very comfortable

Very comfy bed and bedding, lovely apartment, great location

Quite a spacious apartment with its interiors taking you back in time - wooden panelling and rustic touches. It has a wonderful view of the historical St.John the Evangelist Church with its imposing steeple from its living room windows. Its location is very convenient to access the rail & bus stations, retail stores, The Roman Baths, etc.

The washing machine is located outside the apartment, in a closet in the stairwell, a floor above. A drying feature will greatly help.

Superb! The reviews are correct, ideal location handy for trains, shopping or sightseeing. Large rooms very homely. Hosts were very helpful and cant be faulted. Some lovely touches around the flat including a large book collection, sky and good wifi. Large comfy bed, chill out sofa and good shower. Would 100% use again, cheers

Great location and what a beautiful place to stay! The hosts provided great information and instructions, a lovely place and I'd stay here again if I ever get to come back.
