"A cosy quiet place to stay, near enough to walk to town, with good country walks nearby."

It was quiet and cosy. Two separate double bedrooms (one large, one small). It was big enough for two people. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Difficult to get the hob to work but Tom responded quickly and came to show us how to use it. It was in a good location - 30 min walk to town. Near Larkhall village - worth a look for the excellent bookshop and two very nice cafes.

The shower tap was very hard to adjust from very hot to cold. Again Tom came around right away to move the tap so that the water wasn't excessively hot. For our stay we had tepid/lukewarm showers as we didn't want to risk having the water stuck on too hot. The bathroom was nice so this was a bit of a shame.

"Lovely accommodation on the outskirts of Bath."

I thought the property was very neat and tidy. The host lived next door and was friendly and helpful and leaving various supplies (bread, milk, coffee etc) was a really nice touch and overall I felt we got more than what we paid for.

The downstairs bedroom isn't really big enough for a double bed. I would have thought in the Summer the yard MIGHT be a little small. I can't really complain as it clearly stated how far it was from the City Centre but we MIGHT reconsider the location if we were coming to Bath again but overall we were very happy there.

"Bath within walking distance."

Netflix was provided, a little basket with bread and jams, milk and orange juice were provided and a little stash of kids toys were available. The location was great too just a half hour walk to the city.

The location was great nice and quiet. Well equipped with everything you would need. Modern and homely feel and perfectly clean. Good distance from Bath city centre plenty to do and see. We couldn't fault it at all. Would definitely stay again.

Very cosy, clean and comfortable. Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Nice walk into the city approx 40 mins. Defiantly stay again and highly recommend
