Lake Como view Apartment

The property is very clean and the Owner was very helpful

The apartment was perfect, with everything you could possibly need and more. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and we absolutely loved our stay!

Safe parking space. Ideal place to stay with family (2 kids), just outside the historical center of Como, which can easily be reached by bus or car. The host is also very carful and helpful providing tips and useful informations for your stay.

The apartment has been furnished beautifully and is very comfortable and homely. It is spotlessly clean. Guido, our host was very easy to communicate with and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is well located to Lake Como. A 5 minute walk to the bus stop and a 7-10 minute trip into town. I would highly recommend staying in this wonderful apartment. We even had goodies left in the fridge for us to enjoy!

We loved everything!

Location was great Number 7 bus down to Como Town, easy and quick to arrive, loved it. This property also had the facility to have breakfast in the apartment, an added bonus, and also just a quick 5 minute walk to a lovely cafe for breakfast.

We liked our staying in Como. Nice view. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location is quite far away from the Como Center so you definitely need a car to get to any place, however the hotel provides you with the parking, so it is super helpful taking into consideration Italian Limited Traffic Zone specifics and lack of free parking slots around.

It was quite cold in the apartment, better heating would be really helpful

Excellent appartement .Location is absolutely marvelous .Have beautiful view of come city .Proprietor is really helpful and professional ..Super markets,Bars,Restaurants everythings are near.
