Локация была топовая. Сами апартаменты очень симпатичные. Прекрасное расположение. Прекрасный вид с окна. За расположение и за виды с окна мы оставили бутылку просека в холодильнике. 😂🫶

Было замечено пару моментов, на втором этаже шатается ограждения на втором этаже. Очень в плохом состоянии сковородки, невозможно было даже пожарить яичницу. Можно было бы добавить пару специй перец и каких-то приправ. Люди всё-таки не за маленькие деньги арендуют эти апартаменты, им нужно приготовить себе покушать. Мочалка для мытья посуды такое ощущение, что ей полгода и ей перемыли посуду все жители которые здесь были, это правда было неприятно даже братья в руки. Плюс на кухне нет ни какой тряпки и даже нет полотенца, не вытереть руки не протереть со стола.

Het appartement ligt midden in het centrum, je loopt de deur uit en bent meteen in de stad.

Het appartement ligt op de 4e etage en er is geen lift. Met zware koffers is dit niet gemakkelijk. We waren met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen daar is het aan de kleine kant voor. Er is één grote ruimte, boven staan 2 bedden en beneden was voor ons de bank ook tot een bed gemaakt.

На жаль в помешканні було доволі брудно, і не було відчуття, що «на тебе чекали». Також були відсутні інші дрібниці, такі як: халати, тапочки, недостатня кількість рушників.

The apartment has two floors with an open-space layout, with two beds upstairs and one sofa downstairs. The concept itself is nice, but unfortunately the stay was disappointing for several reasons.

First, the apartment is on the 6th floor and the stairs are extremely narrow. Anyone with knee problems or mobility issues should be aware of this. Cleanliness was a serious issue. The furniture was dirty, the sofa was very dirty, and some parts of the apartment also looked neglected. The bed linen and the blanket for the sofa had yellow stains on them, which was very unpleasant to see. Some of the furniture was not only dirty, but also damaged. For example, the kitchen corner and the bathroom cabinet were broken in places, which made the apartment feel poorly maintained. The fridge smelled terrible, as if it had not been cleaned properly for a long time. The TV was not working, which was another inconvenience during the stay. The kitchen equipment was also disappointing. The knife was so blunt that it was difficult to cut anything. On top of that, there were no coffee capsules provided. For almost €500 for 3 days, it would be reasonable to expect at least a few basic items and better attention to detail. Overall, the apartment has a nice design, and the view and location are great, but the lack of cleanliness, broken furniture, poor maintenance, and missing basic comforts made the experience far below expectations.
