Bed in Beek

Both of the staff people were VERY welcoming, informative, helpful and friendly. The apartment was equipped with more than someone can ask for (for kitchen, shower and toilet). The location was perfect fot someone who would like to enjoy quiet little town only 7-10 minutes drive with a bus, the station was 5 minutes walking, to Nijmegen. Even the neighbors were nice!!

The hosts, Myrna and Frans, were lovely and very helpful. The space was well equipped and nicely decorated with many personal touches and vintage finds, quiet and in a great location just a few minutes outside the city centre. The huge supermarket down the road had everything we might possibly need, and the area is perfect for endless forest walks. We had a great time and would love to come back.

Absolutely amazing appartment in the heart of Beek, surrounded with historical buildings. Appartment is comfortable for a couple or small family, clean, well equipped. The hosts are very nice and friendly people, they manage to create an atmosphere of living at friends house. The car is possible to park free of charge nearby on the street, no problem with that. Supermarket is just few hundred meters away, and morning coffee may be taken in the cafe nearby. I definitely recommend this place.

De omgeving. Beek is een mooi dorp. Het ligt tussen de heuvels van Nijmegen vlak bij de Ooipolder. De twee appartementen samen hadden een leuk terrasje.

Vanuit de kamer was wening uitzicht naar buiten omdat het een voormalige koelcel betrof.

I absolutely loved staying here on a short business trip recently. The owners were very friendly, available and helpful. The area is quiet, but close to busier and vibier Nijmegen if you'd prefer that. There are stunning bike/walking routes in your backyard to enjoy and a supermarket within 5 mins walking. There's free street parking and the neighborhood is safe. The room itself has everything you could need and more. Wifi, TV, coffee machine (a proper one that grinds the beans :) - with enough beans to last my whole trip), a stove/over, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, couch, kitchen table and even a really cute shared outdoor lounge? Seating area? It was amazing and I will be staying here again-mark my words!!

There is a fan, which is good enough to combat even the 35C heat, but an A/C would be great in the upstairs as it can get a bit warm in the evenings :)
