great location and staff. Everything looks nice and clean, and in kitchen there are everything food fast and simple cooking.

the bed under the matress was broke, and you could feel that while sleeping, shower in bathroom could have been nicer

It was very convenient to the train station, bus station, funicular and ferry terminals. It is right near the lake. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. There was a washing machine which I really appreciated. I had the facilities to cook and there was a lot of hanging space.

It was very noisy at night which was not great. Best to close the shutters, which I only discovered the morning I left as they are pinned right back. I’m sure it would make a big difference.
