Nice comfortable apartment with everything you need. Very nice and kind service. Close to supermarket and few nice restaurants. 15 minutes walk from train station

Great location, close to bus station and supermarket, 10-15 minutes walk from train station, equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay, including nice welcome surprises. Our host, Mr. Stefano, provided us with all useful information related to check-in and moving arround the city. Thank you for everything!

"Best stay for in Como!"

I don’t even know where to start, this was the best place I’ve ever stayed in! Stefano and Stefania are incredibile hosts! They helped us a lot with the information before our arrival and they left us a welcome drink! The apartment has everything you need for a perfect vacation. You can tell that they put their soul there and did everything for the comfort of their guests. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Como and recommend it to all my friends!

"Lovely stay at Casina!"

It was very neat/tidy, Stefano and Stefania were very good at responding to messages and made sure we were okay. The flat is close to amenities and easy walk to bus stop. Also 7mins walk from train station. Very good.

The downside is the lack of lift in the apartment building which may not help if you have a v we y heavy luggage. That did not pose a problem for us to be honest...aside from that, all good for sure. Value for money etc..

"A pleasant appartment not far from the city center."

Generally it was very positive stay. Appartment is situated nearby the train station (about 11 min. on foot). Kitchen very well equiped besides only one glass for the red wine ;) Clean enough and warm in the winter. Neigbours very silent. Fridge and freezer works well and are clean. Very friendly owners - though never seen them. Keys easy to get. Could go back to the same place without any problem. Not far from the city center.

Problem with parking - we got even a penalty, though everybody parked there! 50% chance on finding it nearby the appartment. Also not easy without the lift especially when you do each day 13 km on foot. In my opinion price is a bit too high but still affordable.
