Gorgeous building, pre dated 1800s. Fabulous location, right on the square. 15min walk from San Giovanni station but 5 min walk from Como Lago station. Veronique and Nick were very communicative and easy to get in touch with. Great directions to get that. Veronique very amenable to letting us store our bags for the day. Lovely place. Would be great if staying for a few days as appeared to have all that was needed for cooking. Definitely recommend!

"Charming unit with a gelato shop right outside the door, kid friendly and walkable."

Place was charming and as pictured, it had everything we needed and was in an absolutely fantastic location for walking around Como! We walked to the boat tour and ferry and waking up to the beautiful cathedral bells.

"Beautifully stay in the heart of Como ❤️"

The area was perfect to visit Como since it’s in the middle of the old town and close to the lake. It’s on top of the building with a beautiful view to the blue sky, a modern and clean bathroom and comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay and the hosts were really nice. It’s a recommendation!!

Fantastic location. Right in the heart of Como town. Our experience of Como was that there isn't LOADS to do in the town so you mainly want a base to stay to then explore. We only stayed 1 night, but this place would definitely have allowed for that. The communication with the property was excellent and they were able to accommodate our needs (dropping bags early). We didn't cook as obviously there's plenty of place to choose from eating wise but if we did there is a very well appointed kitchen. Lovely design throughout the property. The kind of the place I would love to live in!

A few things which would really elevate the stay here: a full length mirror, replenished shower gel, a bin in the bathroom, Netflix or Chrome for the TVs. Unfortunately the Wi-fi didn't work during our stay - this was apparently due to a storm while we were in Como and other places also mentioned their wi-fi not working.
