New building and very clean. Room was big enough for two people. Really nice place to stay for couple nights.

It was quite far from the center of Como city. But there is nearby bus station, so was fine with reaching to the city centre and back. They do not have kitchen to make some food or so, but there is big common area with microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
