Soluzione di alloggio pratica in un edificio ristrutturato da poco. Nell'edificio ci sono varie stanze in affitto, con ascensore a disposizione, e sala cucina condivisa dove è possibile preparare un tè, un caffè, o mangiare qualcosa. Ho gradito la procedura di check-in, tutta automatica e fatta a distanza. I gestori sono stati comunque molto precisi e comunicativi. La posizione è a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma è molto comoda a mio parere, in quanto in una zona servita da supermercati, bar, pasticcerie e pub. Molto facile trovare parcheggio in strada, gratuito.

Un aspetto a mio parere molto negativo, che ha inciso sulla qualità dell'esperienza, è la scarsa insonorizzazione della stanza. Nonostante la ns. stanza fosse la più distante dalla sala cucina, si sentivano tutte le voci ed i rumori di sedie spostate, o della macchina del caffè, come se fossero dietro la porta. Anche le voci dal corridoio e dalle stanze confinanti erano udibilissimi, a causa di uno strano effetto eco. Inoltre la presenza di un gruppo non proprio educato, che occupava varie stanze, ha reso il tutto molto fastidioso: urla alle due di notte, televisore a volume alto in piena notte, porte sbattute, e voci alte in sala colazione già alle 8 del mattino.
