Please note that construction work by the municipality of Binz is taking place on the car access road to the property (Schwedenstrasse) from March 3, 2025 to June 15, 2026 and guests may be affected by noise. The adjacent properties cannot be reached by car. However, you can reach the accommodation on foot via the beach promenade. Replacement parking spaces will be provided in Binz. We will endeavour to provide parking spaces close to the property, depending on availability.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Mit Bahn anreisen schwierig, weil mit dem Gepäck zur fewo sehr anstrengend"

Schlüsselübergabe. Keine Möglichkeit mit unserem Gepäck angenehm zur fewo zu kommen. Shuttle oder Taxi wäre gut gewesen

"Exceptional"

Die Lage ist einmalig, direkt am Strand und angenehm ruhig trotz viel Tourismus. Absolut genial war für mich die Küche, der Ausblick in den Garten ist einfach traumhaft und man hört das Meer rauschen. Ich habe selten so viel Zeit in einer Küche verbracht aber für mich war das ganz klar der schönste Platz in der Wohnung. Abends bei einer Tasse Tee und einem guten Buch - der perfekte Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder!

"Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!"

Die Lage war ruhig eher zum Ende der Strandpromenade. Schön war der große helle Wintergarten mit Küchenzeile und Esstisch. Küche gut ausgestattet. Man konnte die Fenster weit aufschieben und die tolle Luft genießen. Wir hatten ruhige Lage zur Seite mit großen Bäumen vor den Fenstern. Großes Doppelbett und sehr gute Matratzen. Strand in absoluter Nähe und schöner Strandkorb inklusive. Lage dazu noch nahe am Wald und Kurpark. Ortsbus in der Nähe, Geschäfte und Restaurants ebenfalls in der Nähe. Haus ist groß, ruhig und gepflegt, es gibt Aufzug.
