The room’s size, and the host was nice.

Its hard to get ahold of the host, maybe because she was working. Location was not ideal, the area was dark. The room was not what I expected based on the description. Although it was clean, but the water in the bathroom has such low pressure. But at least it was heated.

I found the location quiet and safe. It is not far from a restaurant and one or two stores. The family is polite and accommodating. Daet midtown is not far from Mirasol, so services like laundry and the bus station are within walking distance (1-2 km).

There is a pack of dogs in the neighbourhood. Though they did not bother me this time, they are unpredictable.

It was so dark, nobody was there when I arrived.

First, I do not understand how this place got a good reviews of 9.5. Dirty shower, dirty towel, the toilet had no cover, ants everywhere. the internet was down for all night that did not help me at all. I do have pictures and videos to support these comments.

The owner did not care about providing a good service and a decent room this is due to a lack of competition in the area. You can still look in booking.com and you should be able to find a little better place and that is what I did. Overall there are not too many choices it Daet, unfortunately it only gives the owner Carte Blanch to charge what they want and do what they want.

Room is clean and smells so goood!

Location is off the busy downtown but nestled in a quiet village. The host Sharon, is very accommodating and let us check-in earlier than our arrival time. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

The room we stayed in need a little improvements such as in the toilet tissue holder. Need to fumigate or cleaned a little due to cockroach and mosquitos present. No microwave, It will be nice if room is equipped with one..
