Erittäin edullinen ja siisti huoneisto hyvällä ilmastoinnilla. Hyvin kattiloita, laseja, aterimia ym. Iso jääkaappi pakastelokerolla.

Vessanpöntön vetopainike oli hieman irronnut, mutta toimi silti hyvin. Paistinpannu olisi ollut hyvä lisä.
