"Toller Blick auf die Ostsee"

Relativ barrierefreier Zugang zur FeWo möglich. Von der Ausstattung war alles notwendige vorhanden. Der Loggiabalkon war das Highlight, ein toller Blick auf die Ostsee und ein gut nutzbarer geschützter Raum im Freien. Insgesamt sind wir mit dem App. zufrieden gewesen, mit Ausnahme der unten gen. Einschränkungen. Die Lage im 2. OG ist wirklich gut.

Der Einrichtung und Deko fehlt leider jedes Flair. Es ist zweckmäßig, mehr nicht. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz in einer sogenannten Duplexbox ist wirklich nur für Fahrzeuge mit deutlich unter 1,50 Meter Höhe. Bei meinem Wagen war der kleine Antennenpupsel auf dem Dach leider das Objekt des Anstoßes. So blieb nur der tägliche Fußweg zum zentralen Parkplatz in ca. einem knappen Kilometer Entfernung. Die dafür notwendige Parkkarte wird von der Agentur gestellt. Der Zugang zur Dusche ist nicht barrierefrei und sehr schmal, die Temperaturseinstellung schlecht zu regulieren.
