Čistota, umístění ubytování v blízké vzdálenosti od obchodů (3 min.), dostatečné vybavení kuchyně, dobré parkování, klid, přítulné místní kočky.

Ve spodním pokoji chyběla klimatizace, chybělo síto v oknech/dveřích na hmyz, vysoká vlhkost, základní potřeby byly nedostatečné (toaletní papír, mýdlo, jar), chyběly základní koření (sůl, cukr atd.)
