Apartmans v arealu Vlnena

Everything thing was great, accommodation is clean and cozy. Around 5 mints walking distance to the old town. There is a supermarket Tesco and Vankovka close to the accommodation. The host was more than amazing. He explained everything about Prague and where to go and transportation to use. Since it was my first visit to Czech, He provided many recommended places to visit and even other cities.

Location was fantastic, close to local amenities and the public transport of Brno. Nescafe, tea, sugar and salt prepared in the kitchen.

The keys were available at the time stated by the owner. The owner was helpful and responded when needed. The flat was clean. Amenities were good. The flat was central with only a short walk to the historic centre.

The location was amazing and the property was totally worth the value. it was near the city center

The location was ok, just a short walk into the centre. We were grateful the young lady who met us to hand over the keys tried to speak English with us and that previously, they had communicated with our probably awful google-translated messages.

The lady who met us to give us keys left halfway through check in. We were under the impression she was calling her boss to ask about a second key for us and that she would come back and let us know but we didn't see her again. We had a lot of questions about the place, including how to check out. When it came time to check out we were unable to reach the hosts despite sending text messages and calling them. In the end we had to just leave the keys in the apartment and hope it would be ok. The bed set up was also not as shown on the images (one less bed), it was not a proper apartment, more of a converted office, and one set of keys for a group wasn't ideal.

Location only

The place wasn't properly cleaned or sanitized. It had a really bad smell coming from the sink, we needed to have the door closed. The shower wasn't properly cleaned at all, the kitchen has a strange position in the middle of the shower and the toilet. The main door had a broken piece of wood on the lock part. All the beds were loose and made many noises as we moved at night. Horrible. The relation price- place is not right!
