Lokácia ubytovania je na dobrom mieste. V blízkosti sa nachádza MHD, ktoré sme využívali pri presune mestom. Taktiež sme ocenili, že veľmi blízko sa nachádza Brnenská priehrada na kúpanie. Cesta na jednotlivé pláže je bezproblémová prostredníctvom brnenskej MHD (električka, loď). Ubytovanie je postačujúce, bez problémov sa v byte vyspia 4 osoby. Ubytovanie je čisté, pohodlné. Kuchyňa je dobre vybavená. Byt sa nachádza v tichej časti mesta.

Pravdepodobne boli v byte ubytované aj nejaké zvieratá, keďže som okamžite zareagovala svojou alergiou, čo vnímam ako nevýhodu.

We arrived after a long trip, exhausted, with a confirmed booking and all documents sent in advance. The host didn’t respond for over an hour, and only the next morning said he had simply fallen asleep. We had no choice but to sleep in the car. I never got to see the property itself, so I can’t judge its quality — but this kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable. 1 star for zero service and total disregard for guests.

Great location. Close to everything: shops like Billa and Lidl, public transport, and an excellent pizzeria right next door. Big plus for the free parking available not far from the property. Inside, everything was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the shower pressure felt just like at home. A perfect base for exploring the city.

All needed equipment was there.

Good size, practical and comfortable.

In the advertising was stating there was washing machine and wasn't. This is something I look for as I travel with small kids. Also stated there was parking, but they should have said clearly that it is on street parking. They have mentioned a location nearby, which we didn't think was a good place to leave a rented car, so we ended up parking in front of the building, on the street, and paying for it. This was the main issue for us. We know Brno is difficult for parking, so we chose this specific apartment counting on the parking. I even sent a message in advance to confirm that, and at the end, it was just on street parking. This is different than "parking available."
