The Host was super polite and he made us fell welcome. We found the property very comfortable and clean

Nico welcomed us with a bottle of great red wine and olives from Trentino which was very pleasant. He helped us with very useful information all the time. The apartment is spacious, very clean and cozy, warm and has most of the facilities you have at home and it really feels like home. The garden is beautiful even in the winter days when we visited. We could park the car in the nearest parking lot any time of the day and the night. We'll definitely come again and we highly recommend the property.

We like the comunication with the owner Nico, over whatsapp and in person. The aparment is very cozy and spacious and well equiped. We felt very comfortable there and we plan to return in the future, if the apartment will be free. Free parking is just around a corner (2 minutes by walk, 50 m).

It is a ground level apartment so it is a litle bit darker - but very good light. Also it is a bit humid - the host solves this by dehumidifier. The machine creates a low level noise during the day.

The small apartment has everything that you need. The door opens with a code, but the host was very accommodating and present if I needed anything. So many small details had been taken care of (like anti-bug stuff). I felt super comfortable and at home.

For me there were no downsides. The appartment is in the old part of Arco. Very charming and at an easy bike ride (I was a bit scared of hilly rides but actually everything in Arco is easy to reach by bike). So if you want busy, this is not for you ;)

Everything was realy fine, except "happy hours" in air conditioning.

Few times a day air conditioning is switch off by host's order. In the middle of the night we got awake in sweat and tried to switch on air conditioning. No way! We had to open the windows, but then we got attacked by mosquitos. Host supplies an apartment with the unit killing mosquitos, but ... imagine the doing all these manipulations at 3.00 a.m.. Was there a money problem? We'd rather pay an extra money to avoid these inconveniences.

Small but clean and comfortable apartment, it had everything we needed. Nice quiet location but best to have a car as it’s about a 10 minute drive to Riva del Garda.

Niko is a very nice and friendly guy. The room has everything and the kitchen is enough to do simple cooking.
