Palace Apartman - Minaret, Eger

Everything was perfect thank you.

It would be great to have shower gel in the apartment.

Perfect location, only few minutes away from main square by walk. The host was very flexible with check in and check out time. We also had a car space which was very handy.

The only downside was that the coffee machine was leaking at the bottom so it had a plate underneath to collect the dripping water, broken toilet roll holder, mould growing in the corner of the bath and found a few hair in one of the bed. Lack of maintenance and cleaning wasn't to up to standard. Also communication with the host was brilliant on check in but after that I tried to make contact with him and no answer for the next 2 days. It was a self check in system so never actually met the host.

Very nice spacious apartment close to everything in Eger, still a quite location. We traveled with small kids and were very happy to find toys and board games for them. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed for a short stay.

The cleaning could have been more thorough, we found the trash bin and ashtray full from the previous guests.

Great apartment. Off street parking a bonus. Cleaner was very helpful.

Only complaint no freezer for ice. Also bathroom could do with some sort of screen. Sheets not like we Aussies are used to.
