Fabulous location and super clean and comfortable accommodation

A beautiful studio apartment with lovely decor and facilities, it’s very well equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was in a great location to visit Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge and Suffolk coast. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here

It was really clean nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was bigger than we were expecting too

The only slight downside was the road was noisy but we were prepared for that as other guests had mentioned it. We closed the windows although it was very warm weather but there was a good fan which kept us cool

Perfect quiet location... accessible to beautiful countryside, walks, and the tranquil bird reserve of Minsmere. Historical sites, within easy reach, include Sutton Hoo, Orford, and Framlingham castles. As well as the beautiful beaches of Dunwich, Walberswick, Southwold and Aldeburgh, to name a few opportunities. Loved The Two Magpies bakery in Aldeburgh for delicious coffee and pastries. The Swan Southwold for a great morning tea of home made jam and scones and cream.

Nothing - It was a perfect place to stay in a heat wave!

Very well designed, beautifully furnished, spacious studio. Friendly, helpful owner. Good location for exploring the area - Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge, Aldeburgh, Orford and the coast.

The property is on a busy road so there is some noise. The outside space is small but sunny and nice to have.

Fabulous little gem. She has thought of absolutely everything!!!!! And with quality. Great location for touring the area.

The outdoor space was not conducive to sitting outside but that is really picky!!!! Sorry.
