convenient location, management agent were quick in responding to request

Horrible experience at the apartment unit. My baby boy and my wife coughing non-stop and her asthma reoccurred after the first night. Bedsheet felt itchy due to the dust. I have developed running nose from the first day staying at the unit. We realised that it was due to the Aircon unit wasn’t serviced for a long time, a lot of dust can be seen at the Aircon unit. Management agent has sent in cleaner to clean the AC unit after we have complained, the duct can be seen it’s an inch thick on the filter. (approximate at least 2 years never cleaned) now we have to visit the doctor and baby is still coughing and sick for 3 days already.
