"Good"

Host did not charge accommodation, nor did they have credit card facilities. They insisted on cash payment which was not communicated upfront and caused logistical nightmare to sort out.

Relación precio-beneficios. Amplitud y limpieza!. Excelente comunicación con los propietarios. Estuvieron atentos a las solicitudes Habitaciones muy cómodas. Cocina bien dotada. Los A/C funcionaron bien

Ruido externo por las avenidas junto al edificio. Aunque esto no es factor negativo del alojamiento, Booking genera confusión con los email de confirmación al pedir una Tarjeta de crédito, exponer que el cobro se realizará en cualquier momento. Pero al final debes ponerte de acuerdo con los propietarios para la transacción con quienes no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

Good location. The staff was amazing with helping me with all questions. I was able to leave my bags for early check-in. The penthouse is amazing. Just wish it had a jacuzzi. I was always to communicate with staff and the staff would reply ASAP. I recommend this place to stay for quality and customer service
