"Ideal location for exploring the Algarve."

Fantastic location close to train and bus stations. About 10 minutes walk to the old town. Clean, spacious, and well maintained apartment.

"Stay away from this apartment"

Location - close to city centre Clean apartment

Apartment on second floor with no lift. This wasn’t specified in the description. One of our group had mobility issue so it was very difficult reaching the flat. No air conditioner, fan available but not enough as it get extremely hot. Poor communication throughout. From arrival to checkout. Misleading information regarding deposit. T&C saying that we will get the deposit back in cash which is how we paid, we couldn’t get our cash back. It took 4 weeks we were ask for bank details which were never used to gain the money back but was used initial payments method. Why asking for bank details then! We were told A will welcome you. A said B will welcome you. B said C will welcome you. This was so confusing. Apartment with nothing provided not even hand soap. Be ready to buy/bring everything yourself. We got there late a night, it was very hot and we were not even been given 1 bottle of water to help settle in at that time. Luckily for us there was a corner shop still open which we used to buy all the basic.

Beautiful, clean, spacious apartment and conveniently located 5 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins from the town centre where there are plenty of bars and restaurants and things to see and the ferry to the beach.

It was lovely and perfect for us - a couple more towels would have been useful, and an extra bin. We could only find one bin (in the bathroom). And some basics in the kitchen like washing up liquid, coffee, tea, oil, salt etc would be useful if people want to cook. But we have no complaints and it was great. Thank you!
