Excellent grounds and facilities - pool area was well equipped with loungers, coffee machine, fridge with beer and freezer with ice creams. The room was spacious with good basic cooking facilities. Hosts are fantastic - friendly and generous. Great location near to Rome motorway and railway. Can get onsite olive oil and veg - the tomatoes were amazing!

It was very hot during our visit, and full air conditioning would have been good - but there are fans and a mobile air con unit.
