Központi elhelyezkedés,tiszta,jól felszerelt

AC, Wi-Fi was working as it should. Communication with housekeeper was very good. Location is great for travelling by train. All equipment available in the apartment was working and was in good condition. I mean fridge, coffee machine and hair dryer.

It would be nice to provide some additional blankets or bedsheets to match amount of people making the booking. I know there are two double beds but we were group of four friends travelling together and we didn't like sharing one duvet.

The room itself is really nice, well equipped, but quite dark as there is no window in the main room. The location is close to city center, if you are ready to walk. We found a super pizza place in the near that is highly recommended (Da Donato)

Good location for a sleep over before/after the flight. Tidy.

Application form before check in: had to photo my ID, make a selfie, answer many questions in application form etc. Felt like really excess information. Didn't face this kind of process in any other hotels or airbnbs in Italy. Everywhere in the flat - doors, windows, walls, garbage bin, you name it - there are sheets with information (in red caps lock!), what visitors must do or mustn't do. Didn't feel very wellcoming. Dark and noisy: could hear everything the neighbours talked or did.

the host is accessible and nice. The place is really centred and nearby the train/bus stations

NOISE! We noticed different kind of noise (jerky vibrant sound, closing doors sound, barking sound). It was really annoying and we could not sleep properly. Moreover, two guys tried to break in into the apartment at midnight... (even though, the host was really reactive to reply, it was reallty scary for us)
