Great location, value, amazing host, everythig you need. Would stay again.

Location and the owner were superb, I liked it very much

Few minor things were not so good like other: ground floor, connection with bathroom etc

I liked everything, especially the location and the host’s kindness

Only one window, which is looking out on a shabby courtyard

The location was great and Francesco was a very hospitable host. The old town was minutes away on foot and the train station was 5min away. Francesco was very attentive and helpful. Everything inside worked great and it was very clean.

The only problem I had was with the humidity inside the house. I understand that it was kind of expected (old house and ground floor in a town with lots of humidity) but I personally can't deal with humidity.

No window, mould, the room door was very thin and we heard everything from the whole house and the street, it also can’t be locked properly

Location is very good. Car parking is problem in the whole Bari, but there is a Park house 5 min walk from the spot. Ground level falt means easy acces even with luggage. Can only recomend

First of all it feels like a dry walled up part of the entrance hall of the apartment building. The door cannot be locked from the inside and you can hear everything happening in the stairwell. Second of all we were suspicious of the plugged in air freshener. Turns out it was trying to mask the smell of mold growing next to our head behind the bed. And on the ceiling. And on the walls. Very unhealthy. Let’s not talk about the quality of the mattress and how bad the quality of all furniture is. I understand. However the shower curtain is torn down, part of the mosquito net of the bathroom is locked inside. All the glasses are either broken or yellow with stain and the shower drains very slowly. For health reasons I recommend to stay away, we were coughing after 3 days of only sleeping there. I’m not sure how the good ratings are only here. This stay has no place on booking.com
