San Fedele Apartment - Historical Como City Center by Rent All Como

Excellent location, easy check in and the apartment was perfectly clean.

It was in the old town city centre.

City view was a courtyard view. Apartment was dark and not as welcoming as pictures would suggest. No bedside tables or plug sockets near bed. Very little room between end of bed & cupboard! The gated entrance and front door was shared with another apartment upstairs. The front door was supposed to be open but the other people upstairs locked us out! After much banging & shouting eventually got into our apartment! Spoilt the start of our stay in como. Rooms hollow sounding so could hear everything from upstairs apartment including them having a wee! Requested to move apartments a Rent All Como looked after us!

Location was excellent . Very close to restaurants shops and the ferry station , train stations and bus stops . Clean and kitchen well equipped and the explanations on how to check in etc were very good . We were also given very precise instructions on how to find the property .

Too small for us as a family of 4. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and there was no privacy as the living area was just divided from the bedroom by a curtain . The sofa could only seat 2 people so we couldn’t sit together properly . Shower cubicle was tiny .

Location is very central. The apartment has everything what you need, looks exactly as described in the photos.. Easy to check in and communications with the hosts were quick and clear. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Overall it was a nice stay , reasonable price

The most necessary things are not there. You won't find shampoo in the apartment, there are no slippers, the floor is brick, so your feet get cold. There is no tea or coffee. There is no frying pan, so there is no possibility to cook even an omelette in the morning, and you will not find salt and minimal spices. Only one outlet is suitable for connecting to a computer. The apartment is quite dark, so it felt like living in a cave. The experience was quite disappointing.
