Totally recommend the place! The apartment is really big, with all the amenities you may need. Everything is super clean and well maintained. The location could not be any better - 1 minute walk from train station and 3 minutes from Como promenade and the ferry terminal. There is a supermarket just across the street and a number of great pasticcerias within 1-2 minutes of walk. Last but not least - big thank you to our hosts - Οmbretta and Idalgo who are great - they welcomed us even before check-in time, gave us some wonderful recommendations and made us feel like home. Hope we get the chance to be back some day 🙂

Excellent location with Lake Como a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Public transport directly outside and Carrefour express across the street. The hosts, Idalgo and Ombretta were extremely hospitable, providing a grocery cupboard full of supplies and snacks. They carefully thought out every possible requirement and provided it in abundance, right down to games , brochures and reading material. The personal touch was far better than any 5 star hotel. I would most certainly recommend this apartment to family and friends.

No lift, so one has to carry luggage up a flight of stairs. Club across the street was noisy till early hours of the morning, however this was no fault of the host.

To był najlepszy apartament spośród wszystkich, w których byliśmy w czasie naszego dwutygodniowego pobytu we Włoszech. Świetnie wyposażony we wszystko, co było nam potrzebne. Właściciele bardzo mili, serdeczni, kulturalni. Ich dbałość o czystość apartamentu, jego wyposażenie i komfort gości zasługują na najwyższe uznanie. Wzór dla innych wynajmujących swoje obiekty. Mimo, że w cenie nie było śniadania to z produktów znajdujących się apartamencie spokojnie można było takie śniadanie zorganizować. W lodówce były np. jogurty, kiełbaska, masło, sok pomarańczowy i woda. Poza tym w apartamencie dostępne słodkości (zapakowane ciastka różnego rodzaju), miód, dżem, kawa, herbata itd... Ekspres do kawy, mikkrofalówka, sprzęt do gotowania, przyprawy. Pełne wyposażenie. Są nawet zabawki dla dzieci, karty do gry iyd.. To niesamowite, że gospodarze tak dbają o komfort swoich gości. Dodatkowo są bardzo serdecznii i hojni. Podarowali męźowi w prezencie urodzinowym butelkę prosecco. Naprawdę klasa! 2 łazienki, pralka, suszarka, żelazko, dwie suszarki do włosów - naprawdę niczego nie brakuje. Jeśli wrócimy do Como, to tylko do La Terraza di Como. Super!
