The size of the room was fantastic kitchen well equipped bed super comfy shower excellent location ok The owner even let us get in early which was much appreciated communication with owner great 👍👍

No shower products maybe just a minor hiccup was noisy from the street but didn’t bother us in the slightest your in a centre apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and everything needed for a self contained stay

We were offered a free Medina tour with a volunteer guide, who is studying English, and a great guide he was. Unfortunately the owner and the guide did not inform me there was a time limit on the free part. We just followed the guide, and we never asked for extended time. The time blew out to 6hrs and we actually had to ask to stop, we are in our mid sixty's. Then we found out the guide expected payment and ended up being 800MAD. Which was embarrassing to both parties as we did not have cash and had to find an ATM. The owner later informed us of a 2hr time limit and expectations for payment after that. The owner should be upfront with the details.

The apartment is well located however it is important to note that it is located in the new town and not walking distance to the old town.

Bathroom facilities are amazing, the apartment is very modern and otherwise comfortable. Secure parking underground. Pleasant and safe walk to the centre from the apartment. Staff helpful and responsive.

We found a small cockroach under the kitchen sink, I believe the apartment could use a little more attention with regards to cleaning. Coffee machine available, however no coffee pods were provided. It’s best to advise arrival time to avoid long waiting time for check in. The building is used by multiple professions (doctors), so expect a lot of people in the hallways.
